I have perm afib and am 74 years old had afib since I was 58. Now I have a heart rate in the 50s at night just laying watching tv I notice in upper 40s. My hr was 70s. Now I also have pulmonary hypertension. If I get a pacemaker and bringing my rate up could that help my ph. I started with Tachycardia in my 20s. Then pacs and pvcs treated by digoxin and later toprol. I would just like to know please
