Thanks so much for this video Sanjay! I am a man, 66 years with recurrent AF and A flatter since about 5 years. I had episodes also around 2007 and went to a Chinese Acupuncture in London and my episodes was gone. Now after about 16 EC and waiting for a second ablation I start to consider trying acupuncture again. Do you have any suggestions how to find a good acupuncture in Amsterdam?
Thanks again and I will keep you updated.
Best Regards,
Tony
Hi Sanjay, wow this was so good to have a cardiologist speaking of Accupuncture on the morning of my deciding to check out different treatments for my AF which has been around since August 25 and I only took myself down to my local minor injuries hospital in Sevenoaks because I had just been to my local acupuncturist re my hip and she said she was not happy about my swollen ankle and said please get that checked out, so I did and there I had ecg and irregular heart rhythm was found so straight to A and E and my AF journey started. I was booked in for cardio version for 23rd June 26 but because I am suffering with side effects of Beta blocker and Apixaban I have asked for a delay …just waiting for an appointment to discuss next step!
As I stated I decided to properly research today as I have some time and your page came upon the acupuncture road. Really interesting and what grabbed me was THE QUALITY OF LIFE words from you. So definitely I will be contacting my acupuncturist ( by the way her name is Angela Van Veen) Sevenoaks Kent. I will share your video with her. Would be good for you to speak to her. Many thanks and I would like to see you in York as I am planning to come to visit family in Yorkshire soon.
